A warm and busy family of four, in Brooklyn, needs to hire a full-time, live-out Nanny / Family Assistant to help care for their two young children and provide additional household support as the children become more fully enrolled in school. Responsibilities include: school drop-off and pick-up, afterschool activities, preparing healthy meals and snacks, assisting with bathing and bedtime routines, supporting developmental milestones, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, handling child-related housekeeping and laundry, and traveling with the family both domestically and internationally. As the children are in school for a large portion of the day, the family is looking for someone who is equally comfortable stepping into a family assistant role and duties will include light administrative support, household oversight, running errands, coordinating special projects, helping keep the home organized and running smoothly, and assisting with the care of the family’s friendly Goldendoodle. The ideal candidate is calm, grounded, proactive, and highly dependable — someone who brings a steady, centered presence to the home and can thoughtfully help navigate busy days and occasional stressful moments with ease and professionalism. Prior experience working in homes with 2+ children is required. The schedule is ideally Tuesday through Friday, 8am–6/7pm, plus one weekly date night. Guaranteed hours will total approximately 45–50 hours per week, depending on the final schedule arrangement. Salary range: $35–$40/hour. Immediate start.
