A premier New York City based clinical psychology and performance optimization practice is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO to manage complex executive operations in a fast-paced, high-confidentiality environment. This career-level role requires 5+ years of experience as a Chief Operation Officer with experience scaling a company, and involves This role involves overseeing a dynamic international calendar and coordinating global travel logistics, managing financial tracking and expense reporting with exceptional numerical accuracy, drafting executive correspondence, and ensuring seamless coordination across clinical, business, and personal priorities. It also involves tracking multi jurisdictional tax matters including IRS, New York State, and New York City filings, monitoring outstanding credits, audit timelines, and pending recoveries, liaising with accountants, attorneys, and financial advisors, and translating complex financial documents into clear, actionable items. The ideal candidate is a meticulous, proactive professional who views executive assistance as a long-term career, excels at protecting the principal’s time, anticipates needs before they arise, and can operate with absolute discretion while supporting high-profile clients and stakeholders across multiple time zones. Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00pm. Salary: 180,000-200,000+ plus benefits.
